To license your dog in Columbia County, either:

  • Come in person to the Treasurer's office at 11 West Main Street, Bloomsburg
  • Print out the Dog License Application available here, fill it out, and place it and a check made out to "Columbia County Treasurer" for the correct amount in an envelope with first class postage, and mail to:

    Your license will be sent by return mail.
  • Purchase your dog license online; There will be an additional $2.00 fee (or 3%, if total is $40 or more) charged by our credit card processor.
 

Purchase dog licenses online through our system, starting December 1 for each new year.

and your dog will be legal on the spot! 		Please note that our online pet license system ePetLicensing.com® charges a $2.00 per license convenience and processing fee to use the PA Dog License® On-line service. This fee is separate from the primary obligation of the dog license fee you are paying the county.
